ВЛИЯНИЕ ИММУНОМОДУЛЯТОРА И ГЕПАТОПРОТЕКТОРА – ГЛУТАТИОНА НА ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ИММУННОГО СТАТУСА У БОЛЬНЫХ С ДИЛАТАЦИОННОЙ КАРДИОМИОПАТИЕЙ

Objective: To evaluate clinical and immunological effects of using the drug glutathione and safety of its usage with standard therapy in dilated cardiomyopathy patients with impaired immunological status. To study the effect of combination therapy and the standard (ST + glutathione) on cellular and humoral immunity there was conducted a study of the immune status in 46 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, in which the reduction in the immunological pattern was observed. The study was conducted in two phases: baseline and after 1 month course of therapy. The patients were divided into 2 groups: group I-patients received CT in combination with glutathione (n = 25); Patients II-group (n = 21) received only CHF ST. Results of the study. Conducting course nonspecific immunotherapy drug - glutathione in combination with basic therapy of CHF in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy leads to normalization of the parameters of the immunological status and improve clinical status, as well as the stabilization of individual indicators of liver function, with significant decrease of frequency of CHF decompensation
