The main results of research of a statics processes of heating of oil are given in tubular heat exchangers. The analysis of curves of distribution of temperature of oil on length of pipes in the skilled device and the industrial heat exchanger showed on insufficient use them to thermal power: the heating surface stock in the skilled device fluctuates within 9÷54 of %, and in the industrial heat exchanger - 29÷61 of %. For stretching of length of a site of active heating of oil in tubes and increasesof efficiency of devices it is recommended to increase a consumption of the arriving oil according to the revealed stock of their surface of heating.
