Basic principles of creating an information system of medical and scientific institutions on an example of medical and technological procedures of polyclinic of Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Cardiology (RSSPMCC) The logical and physical models of outpatient care of patients are created in the polyclinic of the SUE “Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Cardiology” and developed a web interface for data input. The processes of discovery, data processing and generation were investigated and formalized in the prescribed form of the medical outpatient card of the patient. The experimental version of the software is developed for creation and data processing of the medical outpatient cards. The mechanism for automatic calculation, filling or concealment of data fields is implemented depending on the patient’s input parameters: height, weight, sex, anamnesis, complaints, etc. The recommendations for the formation of system directories and templates developed to reduce the time of creation and processing of medical outpatient cards.
