ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ОБУЧАЮЩИХ ПРОГРАММ ДЛЯ АМБУЛАТОРНОГО ВЕДЕНИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬЮ

This article presents the results of assessing the role and significance of training programs for outpatient treatment and monitoring of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). 127 men and 77 women aged 19–82 were examined. All patients underwent structured sessions on CHF. Patients were observed out-patiently through telephone contacts. The patients were examined at the 1st visit (zero week), the 2nd visit (24th week), the 3rd visit (52nd week). During the follow-up period, the dynamics of the following parameters was analyzed: the clinical state of patients, the distance of the test of a 6-minute walk, the quality of life with the help of the Minnesota questionnaire, the objective indicators of the structure and function of the heart according to echocardiography, the adherence of patients to treatment, and the development of adverse events. Using the strategy of active outpatient monitoring and self-care among patients with CHF, telephone counseling of patients allowed not only to improve the culture of self-control, adherence to treatment and functional status of patients, but also to reduce the number of repeated hospitalizations.
