ОТДАЛЕННЫЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ КАРКАСОВ ABSORB У БОЛЬНЫХ ИБС В СРАВНИТЕЛЬНОМ АСПЕКТЕ СО СТЕНТАМИ С ЛЕКАРСТВЕННЫМ ПОКРЫТИЕМ ВТОРОЙ ГЕНЕРАЦИИ

This article presents material on the use of bioresorbable vascular scaffolds (BVS) Absorb in patients with CHD in comparison with drug-eluting stents (DES) of the second generation. Subjects included 200 patients with various forms of CHD. Patients on the testimony was performed coronary angiography (CAG) with angiometriey, the evaluation of which they were implanted these or other types of devices. Repeated stages of the study were conducted at 6, 12 and 24 months; CAG was conducted 24 months later. The study found that implantation of BVS in patients with different forms of СHD was characterized by 100% directly good angiographic and 94% clinical success, which was comparable to the DES group. Mean long-term and longterm clinical results also did not reveal a statistically significant difference between the types of devices: MACE in group 1 after 2 years was 3.57% and in group 2 - 3.29% (all p> 0.05), which again proves the equivalence of the results of revascularization between different types of implants.
