ДИАГНОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ТРЕПЕТАНИЯ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ И ДРУГИХ МАКРОРИЕНТРИ ПРЕДСЕРДНЫХ ТАХИКАРДИЙ: СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

In article the literature review on a current state of a problem of diagnostics and treatment of atrial flutter and other macroreentry atrial tachycardias is resulted. Pressing questions of noninvasive and electrophysiological diagnostics atrial tachycardias are shined. Electrophysiological mechanisms of arrhythmias are in detail stated, modern methods radiofrequency ablation atrial tachycardias are considered. Analyses of results of non pharmacological treatment atrial macroreentry tachycardias are resulted.
