ЧРЕСКОЖНАЯ АОРТАЛЬНАЯ ВАЛЬВУЛОПЛАСТИКА: ИМПЛАНТАЦИЯ АОРТАЛЬНОГО КЛАПАНА ALLEGRA НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ РЕСПУБЛИКИ УЗБЕКИСТАН

To the Department of X-ray Endovascular Surgery of the Republican Specialized Cardiology Center entered a man, 67 years old. With the diagnosis Calcified aortic heart disease with predominance of stenosis, degenerative genesis. Ischemic heart disease. Angina FC III. Hypertensive disease III st., Art. AG–1, Risk–4. Diabetes mellitus type 2. Chronic hepatitis “C”. CHF-IIA st., FC-III by NYHA. Patients underwent diagnostic coronary angiography and aortography were identified angiographic signs of calcification and stenosis of the aortic valve. Given the complaints of the patient, the diagnosis, comorbid conditions, MSCT data, aortography and patient refusal to conduct transactions through the traditional aortic valve replacement was decided to perform a femoral access transcatheter aortic valve implantation. Indication for aortic valve implantation was the above diagnosis: Calcified aortic heart disease with predominance of stenosis, degenerative genesis. Ischemic heart disease. Angina FC III. Hypertensive disease III st., Art. AG–1, Risk–4. Diabetes mellitus type 2. Chronic hepatitis “C”. CHF-IIA st., FC-III by NYHA. Indications for TAVI - Calcified degenerative aortic valve stenosis. Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD): Stable angina FC III. Hypertension. Diabetes mellitus. Hepatitis C. CHF II A stage. FC III (NYHA). The surgical intervention was successful, without complications, the patient was discharged from the clinic on the 5th day after transcatheter implantation of the aortic valve.
