In this article result of research, which was carried out to produce technology for increasing life span of gear-shaft which is produced by casting method in the workshop of elektroshlak dissolve used in central service mechanical plant in “Almalyk mining-metallurgy plant”. Moreover, present methods of improving wear resistance and hardness were worked out and condition of heat treatment were shown. Scheme of the equipment that is used in heat treatment and changing indications were given as tables. As a result of carried out researches, new method of heat treatment for increasing life span of and wear resistance of details that is produced by casting method in the workshop of dissolving electroslag. At the end of the paper, a regime of heat treatment for increasing life span of the details that is produced by help of dissolving electroslagis recommended.
