Айрим хусусиятлари ани бир йўналишда даврий ўзгарувчи муитда электронли тўлинларнинг
хоссалари назарий ўрганилган. Бу масаланинг ал этилишида бир электронли стационар Шредин-
гер тенгламаси ечилган, унинг ечимларига асосланган олда ток ташувчиларнинг эластик сочи-
лиши ва туннелланиши назарий талил илинган.
In this article the author tries to study from the theoretical point of view the peculiarities of the electronic
waves in a definite direction in the periodically changeable environment. In the solution of this problem one
electronic stationary Sredinger’s equation has been solved and on the basis of this solution description of
elastic dispersion and tunnelling processes of carriers of electric energy have been analysed from the theoretical
point of view.
