Бу масаланинг ал этилишида бир электронли стационар Шредингер тенгламаси ечилган, унинг ечимларига асосланган олда ток ташувчиларнинг эластик сочилиши ва туннелланиши назарий талил илинган.
In this article the author tries to study from the theoretical point of view the peculiarities of the electronic waves in a definite direction in the periodically changeable environment. In the solution of this problem one electronic stationary Sredinger’s equation has been solved and on the basis of this solution description of elastic dispersion and tunnelling processes of carriers of electric energy have been analysed from the theoretical
point of view.
