Optimal time and rates of applying humin containing stimulators on cottonseeds prior to sowing, in a squaring and flowering phases were developed in the condition of typical sierozem soils of Tashkent province which ensured enhanced germination, growth and development, physiological processes of plant as well as it enabled achieving additional 0.54-0.62 t ha-1 seed-lint yield of cotton
