In the article, based on the results of the study, it was found that after re-cropping, the soil permeability provides 38.3-51.2 m3/ha more than the control and 24.9-42.7 m3/ha more water by the end of the growing season. Under the influence of re-cropping  and application of mineral fertilizers (N150P105K75 kg/ha) in unleached soil 68.8-74.5 c/ha, with strong leaching, after growing mung bean, soybeans and three-year-old alfalfa with fertilization N180 P126 K90 kg/ha ensuring the receiption of 67.7 -73.8 centners/ha of high-quality grain.
