In this paper, the effect of growth and development on cotton yield was observed when caring for cotton in 80x40 cm and 60 cm (control) row spacing. At the same time, the thickness of seedlings, the formation, growth and development of the root system and the effect on yield were determined on the basis of analyzes in one and two tillage in a narrow interval of 40 cm with a row spacing of 80x40 cm, which varies from 60 cm.
