This article discusses the development of an algorithm for management of
mineral resources and the substantiation of effective methods of development of deposits
providing resource saving in open development of mineral resources. The concept of
coordinated development and use of a system of manufactured resources in open-pit mining
may be in demand when developing the technological foundations for the interaction of a
repetitive cycle of processes "filling release - filling" of spatial resources in the formation and development of manufactured massifs. Which will allow timely adjustments energy costs for the
extraction of mineral raw materials and the consequences of the impact of mining on the
environment.
In the development of the complex-structured Muruntau deposit, in the prospective way,
there is a clear tendency to an increase in the depth of the open pit, a decrease in the conditions
for salable ore, the involvement of offbalance ore warehouses accumulated in the process of
mining, the transition to continuous modes of transport. Also, this paper is based on the
transition to a simplified selective-bulk mining of ore zones with the allocation of the main and
stabilizing front of mining operations makes it possible to control the qualitative and
quantitative characteristics of the ore flow during the development of deposits of natural and
technogenic origin.
