The issue of development of a life cycle management system of technological complexes of separation of multi-component mixtures is considered. A scheme for managing the life cycle of separation complexes through communication between manufacturers and customers is proposed. The proposed scheme allows for optimal organization of interactions between participants in the life cycle of the complex. Measures to reduce the cost of the life cycle of separation complexes are shown. A sequence of approaches to improve complex efficiency in life cycle management of separation complexes is described. The approach involves the use of digital technologies and life cycle management systems, taking into account the customer's requirements for the management system. It is shown that using the concept of "Digital enterprise" allows to calculate the optimal values of the operating modes of separation complexes. The application of such a sequence of approaches serves to control the operation of separation complexes in real time and to improve its technical and economic indicators. The negative factors that have a negative impact on the quality of life cycle management of a mixture separation complex and cause an increase in its price during the life of the complex are highlighted. The development of measures to eliminate negative factors leads to the improvement of quality indicators in the management of complex work. Possibilities of using an online diagnostic system in managing the life cycle of separation complexes and a diagnostic management organization scheme are proposed. The main purpose of online diagnostics is to consult a digital model of each device that is part of the mixture separation complex, to query the current state of the device and model, and to make a decision-making conclusion. Online diagnostics together with high-quality management of the complex in real-time provides an opportunity to extend the life cycle of the complex by setting maintenance and repair times at the necessary time and organizing quality service. The presence of a diagnostic unit in the complex management system improves the quality of manufactured products, reduces life cycle management costs, and increases the level of management. With the help of a diagnostic algorithm, the structure of the control system, which serves to extend the life cycle of the mixture separation complexes, is proposed.
