In the article, a logical block diagram of the methodology of public control in
the management of labor protection and production risks, a mathematical model based on the
theory of probabilities was developed and analyzed. According to the model, social
cooperation results in compliance with labor protection requirements will lead to a sharp
increase in the probability of reliability, and management efficiency will be high.
