The article presents an analysis of the possibility of defects in automotive
equipment running on CNG, with the improvement of the process of servicing LPG equipment.
In recent years, all over the world, including in Uzbekistan, there has been an increase in the
number of cars, which increases interest in cars that use compressed natural gas (CNG) as a
motor fuel. However, the development of the market for vehicles using CNG as fuel is
hampered by the poor development of infrastructure: filling networks and fuel supply systems,
a small number of diagnostic and service centers, and a lack of qualified personnel. There is
also the problem of the quality of service for gas-balloon vehicles in existing service centers.
This is due to the fact that the technological processes of maintenance (TO) and repair of
vehicles running on CNG as fuel have a number of features.
