The article deals with topical problems in the field of beekeeping, which occupies
an important place in the food industry. Information about the research conducted by scientists
on beekeeping and juice from sugar sorghum stalks is presented. Taking into account the high
need for natural local food rich in minerals and vitamins for bees, the useful properties of sugar
sorghum stalk juice processed to prepare food for bees are highlighted. The extraction of watersoluble sugars from the residual products of secondary raw materials after the processing of
sugar sorghum stalks and the analysis of the advantages of the selected equipment, design
parameters and physicochemical results of juice extraction are presented. In conclusion, positive
results of the experiment were obtained.
