Relevance of the topic: According to the observations of the World Health
Organization, strengthening legislation in the field of preventing road traffic accidents, enforcing
it and improving road safety will prevent many people from premature death and disability. But
due to the fact that such work is not carried out regularly in accordance with the requirements of
the time, very annoying accidents happen on the roads. Every year, more than 1,250,000 people
worldwide die because of car accidents, and 30-40 million people become disabled to varying
degrees. The fact that the average age of the dead and injured is 5-45 years makes us think
deeply. Road traffic fatalities range from 9.3 to 64,.6 per 100,000 people worldwide.
