Review of the 1st Siberian children’s cultural forum that included 44 events for over 1000 participants from all over Siberia. The authour reveals the concept and the structure, highlights the main events of the six directions of the Forum. The article describes various forms of support and development of gifted children in the sphere of culture (master-class, interactive lecture, project laboratory and others). The authour presents a unique experience of using children’s self-government mechanisms in holding large scale cultural events, describes the work of the Children’s organizing committee and the Children’s press-centre of the Forum.

 

Oбзор I Сибирского детского культурного форума, включившего в себя 44 мероприятия для более чем 1 000 участников со всей Сибири. Автор раскрывает концепцию и структуру, освещает основные мероприятия шести направлений Форума. В статье описаны различные формы  поддержки и развития одаренных детей в сфере культуры (мастер-класс, интерактивная лекция, проектная лаборатория и другие). Автор представляет уникальный опыт использования механизмов детского самоуправления в проведении крупномасштабных культурных событий, описывает работу Детского организационного комитета и Детского пресс-центра Форума.
