В статье осуществлен анализ доступной статистики Российской Федерации и Республики Узбекистан по положению инвалидов в этих странах, а также результатов социологического наблюдения по поиску работы инвалидами. В Российской Федерации происходит уменьшение доли инвалидов II группы и рост инвалидов III группы при снижении общего числа инвалидов. В Узбекистане инвалидам III группы назначение пенсий отменено. Автор полагает, что исследование качества жизни инвалидов имеет свои особенности, в частности, требуется более внимательно исследовать качество жизни, связанное с состоянием здоровья.

Maqolada ushbu mamlakatlarda nogironlarning ahvoliga Rossiya Federatsiyasi va O'zbekiston Respublikasi statistikasi hamda nogironlarning ishlarini qidirish bo'yicha ijtimoiy kuzatuv natijalari tahlil qilinadi. Rossiya Federatsiyasida nogironlarning umumiy sonining kamayishi bilan II guruhdagi nogironlarning nisbati va III guruhdagi nogironlarning soni kamaydi. O'zbekistonda III-guruh nogironlari bo'lgan pensiyalar bekor qilindi. Muallif, nogiron kishilarning hayot sifatini o'rganish o'z xususiyatlariga ega, deb hisoblaydi, xususan, sog'liqni saqlash holati bilan bog'liq hayot sifatini yaxshiroq tekshirish kerak.
