Abstract: In the tests carried out in the study, it was seen that the productivity and efficiency
of the sorting of seeds by fractions was ensured. In the study, the design of the seed sorting device
intended for use in production was prepared. In order to test the accuracy of the results of the research
work and to test the device in the technological process of the enterprise, a construction that can be
used in production was developed.
By conducting scientific research and experiments, the USM aggregate existing in the
enterprise was improved, and a scheme was developed to ensure its quality operation at high
productivity. As a result of the experiments, the optimal values of the barrier slope angle, chamber
width and air speed were determined at high productivity, and the overall efficiency was ensured to
be 96-97%
