Mazkur maqolаda Respublikadagi aholi uy-joylarida yong`in risklarining ekspertizasini amalga oshirish, xavfsizlik uskunalarini o‘z hisobidan o‘rnatish, xavfsiz eshiklar xaridi imkoniyatlari hamda favquloddagi vaziyatlarda qarorlar qabul qilish natijasida yong`in risklarini boshqarish amaliyoti o`rganilgan. Unda respublikaning 3002 ta tasodifiy tanlab olingan aholi turar joylari ob’yekt qilib olingan. Tadqiqot statistik ma`lumotlari Goolge form onlayn tarzda ijtimoiy so`rovnoma savollarini asos qilib olingan. Adabiyotlar sharhida mavzuga oid xorijiy olimlar qarashlari tadqiq etilgan. Ekonometrik modellashtirish jarayonida Ologit modeli Stata 18.0 dasturidan foydalanilgan. Tahlillar so‘nggida regressiya modeli sifatini tekshirishda linktestdan foydalanilgan. Turar joylarida yong‘in risklarini boshqarishda o‘z hisobidan uskunalar xaridi va xavfsiz eshiklar xaridi statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli bo‘lib topilgan.

В данной статье изучена практика управления пожарным риском в результате проведения оценки риска дождя в жилых домах Республики, установки охранного оборудования с небольшими затратами, возможностей приобретения безопасных дверей и принятия решений в чрезвычайных ситуациях. В нем в качестве объектов были взяты 3002 случайно выбранных жилых массива республики. Статистические данные исследования были получены на основе вопросов социального опроса в онлайн-форме Google. В обзоре литературы изучены взгляды зарубежных ученых на данную тему, а в процессе эконометрического моделирования использована модель Ologit в программе Stata 18.0. После анализа с помощью linktest проверили качество регрессионной модели. Приобретение оборудования за свой счет и покупка безопасных дверей оказались статистически значимыми в управлении пожарными рисками в жилых помещениях.

In this article, the practice of fire risk management as a result of carrying out rain risk assessment in residential houses of the Republic, installation of security equipment at low cost, possibilities of purchasing safe doors and making decisions in emergency situations is studied. In it, 3002 randomly selected residential areas of the republic were taken as objects. Statistical data of the research were obtained on the basis of social survey questions in Google form online. In the review of the literature, the views of foreign scientists on the subject were studied, and in the process of econometric modeling, the Ologit model was used in the Stata 18.0 program. After the analysis, linktest was used to check the quality of the regression model. Purchase of equipment at own expense and purchase of safe doors were found to be statistically significant in managing fire risks in residential areas.
