В данной статье анализируются факторы, которые мешают субъектам малого предпринимательства стать крупными предприятиями и пути их решения. В случае Узбекистана рассматриваются государственное вмешательство в экономику, ограничения на использование банковских кредитов, проблемы финансирования инновационных проектов, финансовые и нормативные препятствия. Также представлен опыт зарубежных исследователей относительно бюрократических препон, высоких налогов и рыночных ограничений. В качестве основы предлагаются финансовые технологии, стратегии цифрового маркетинга и методы развития малого бизнеса посредством финансовой и технологической доступности.

This article analyzes the factors that prevent small business entities from becoming large businesses and their solutions. In the case of Uzbekistan, government intervention in the economy, restrictions on the use of bank loans, financing problems of innovative projects, financial and regulatory obstacles are considered. Also, the experience of foreign researchers regarding bureaucratic obstacles, high taxes and market restrictions is presented. As fodder, Fintech, digital marketing strategies, and small business development methods through financial and technological inclusion are offered.
