The microbiocenosis of the oral cavity is formed due to the large number of different types of microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa). To date, there are more than 700 species of obligate and transient (pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic) microorganisms that inhabit the human oral cavity, forming a sustainable community which is biocenosis. A comparative study of the composition of periodontal microflora in the contents of the periodontal pocket (PP) found that the frequency of occurrence of periodontal pathogens is quite high. The persistence of periodontopathogenic microorganisms in the periodontal pocket is established in 100% of cases of one or another combination. There was research of treatment of 60 patients at the age from 22 to 55 years old with generalized periodontitis of moderate severity with the use of photodynamic therapy “УФД-1”. Analysis of received data showed increased efficiency of treatment of generalized periodontitis of moderate severity when including photodynamic therapy.

Микробиоценоз полости рта образуется благодаря большому количеству различных видов микроорганизмов (бактерий, вирусов, грибов, простейших). На сегодняшний день известно более 700 видов облигатных и транзиторных (патогенных и условно-патогенных) микроорганизмов, которые заселяют ротовую полость человека, образуя устойчивое сообщество биоценоз. Сравнительное исследование состава пародонтальной микрофлоры в содержимом пародонтального кармана (ПК) показало, что частота встречаемости возбудителей пародонта достаточно высока. Стойкость пародонтопатогенных микроорганизмов в пародонтальном кармане установлена в 100% случаев той или иной комбинации. Проведено исследование эффективности лечения 60 пациентов в возрасте 22 до 55 лет с с генерализованным пародонтитом средней степени тяжести (ГПСТ) с помощью фотодинамическую терапию (ФДТ) аппаратом «УФД-1» Анализ полученных результатов исследования показал большую эффективность лечения ГПСТ у больных основной группы, где в схему комплексной терапии была включена фотодинамическая терапия

Оғиз бўшлиғи микробиоценозини кўплаб турдаги микроорганизмлар (бактериялар, вируслар, замбуруғлар, протоазалар) ташкил этади. Бугунги кунга келиб оғиз бўшлиги турғун биоценозини ташкил этувчи 700 дан ортиқ турғун ва вақтинчалик (патоген ва шартли патоген) турдаги микроорганизмлар маълум. Пародонтал чўнтак (ПЧ) таркибида пародонтал микрофлорани қиёсий тадқиқоти шуни кўрсатдики, паодонтопатогенлар учраш частотаси юқори. Пародонтопатоген микроорганизмлар пародонтал чўнтакларда бир хил ёки турли нисбатларда 100% холларда аниқланди. Фотодинамик терапия (ФДТ) «УФД» аппарат ёрдамида 22 ёшдан 55 ёшгача бўлган 60 та ўрта оғир даражадаги тарқоқ пародонтитли беморларда даволаш самарадорлигини ўрганиш мақсадида тадқиқот ўтказилди. Олинган тадқиқот натижалари шуни кўрсатдики, ўрта оғир даражадаги тарқоқ пародонтитни комплекс даволашда юқори самарадорликка асосий гуруҳда фотодинамик терапияни қўшиш ёрдамида эришилган.
