Temir yo`l transporti hodimlarining mehnat samaradorligini oshirishning birinchi qadami, shuningdek, muhim qismi, muammo yuzasidan qiziqarli yechimlarni berish va hodimlarning e’tiborini tortishdir.   Bu,   hodimlarning   mehnat faoliyatida faol qatnashishga va o’z  tajribalarini rivojlantirishiga oid fikrlarni to’plashda juda muhimdir.
