В данной статье представлены результаты распространенности диабетической ретинопатии в целом по Узбекистану и в разрезе областей, по данным двух национальных регистров сахарного диабета 2007 и 2010 гг. в зависимости от частоты достижения целевых уровней терапии при СД по гликемии, артериальному давлению, липидам. В 2007 г. полную компенсацию по трем показателям достигли 76 пациентов и в 2010 г. 736 пациентов, среди которых не было слепоты, тогда как в группе некомпенсированных больных его уровень составлял 0,01% и 0,08% соответственно изучаемым годам.

This article presents the results of the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy in Uzbekistan as a whole and in a section according to the data of two national diabetes mellitus registers of 2007 and 2010. Depending on the frequency of reaching the target levels of therapy for diabetes in blood glucose, blood pressure, lipids. In 2007, full compensation in terms of the reachability of 76 patients and in 2010, its level was 0.01% and 0.08%, respectively, for the studied years.

Ушбу мақолада Ўзбекистон ва унинг ҳудудларида 2007 ва 2010 йиллар қандли диабет миллий регистрлари маълумотлари бўйича гликемия, артериал босим ва липидлар мақсадли кўрсаткичларига боғлиқ равишда диабет ретинопатияси тарқалганлиги натижалари кўрсатилган. 2007 йилда хамма уч кўрсаткич бўйича 76 та бемор ва 2010 йилда 736 та бемор мақсадли қийматларга эришган, улар орасида кўрлик кузатилмаган, шу вақтни ўзида компенсирланмаган беморлар гуруҳида унинг даражаси текширилган йилларга мос равишда 0,01% ва 0,08% ни ташкил қилди.
