The problems of modern road construction are improving the quality of building materials, reducing labor and energy consumption, obtaining materials with predetermined properties. In order to implement these tasks, we have studied the effectiveness of the use of cement-treated base with the addition of bitumen (CTBBE) emulsion for road structure.

Проблемами современного дорожного строительства являются повышение качества строительных материалов, снижение трудозатрат и энергозатрат, получение материалов с заданными свойствами. Для реализации этих задач мы изучили эффективность 
использования обработанного цементом основания с добавлением битумной эмульсии для дорожной конструкции. В статье анализируются материальные свойства цементно- битумной смеси и определяются оптимальное содержание влаги и максимальная сухая
плотность.
