Мақолада Ўзбекистондаги тўқимачилик ва чарм компанияларида экологияга мос амалиётлар – экологик ишлаб чиқариш, экологик маркетинг, инсон ресурсларини экологик бошқариш, яшил инвестициялар ва экологик инновациялар орқали иқтисодий натижалар ўртасидаги ўзаро боғлиқлик таҳлил қилинган. Тадқиқот миқдорий усулдан фойдаланган ҳолда амалга оширилди, мамлакатимиздаги “Ўзтўқимачиликсаноат” уюшмаси орқали, ўрта, катта тўқимачилик ва чарм корхоналари топ-менежерлари, корхона раҳбарларидан маълумотларни йиғиш учун 234 та анкета орқали стратификацияланган тасодифий намунани танлаш усули қўлланилди.

В статье анализируется взаимосвязь между экологически чистыми практиками – экопроизводством, экомаркетингом, экоменеджментом человеческих ресурсов, зелеными инвестициями и экономическими результатами за счет экоинноваций на текстильных и кожевенных предприятиях Узбекистана. Исследование проведено количественным методом, использован метод стратифицированной случайной выборки посредством 234 анкет для сбора данных от топ-менеджеров средних и крупных текстильных и кожевенных предприятий нашей страны

The article analyzes the interrelationship between eco-friendly practices - eco production, eco-marketing, eco-management of human resources, green investments, and economic results through eco-innovation in textile and leather companies in Uzbekistan. The research was carried out using a quantitative method, a stratified random sample selection method was used through 234 questionnaires to collect data from the top managers of medium and large textile and leather enterprises in our country.
