В данной статье особое внимание уделено тому, что интеллектуальные информационные технологии являются одной из научных и практических областей информатики с ярким и быстро развивающимся будущим. Базовые основы искусственного интеллекта основаны на знаниях, даны организация общения на естественных языках, понимание текста, логический вывод, обоснование и объяснение решений.

This article focuses on the fact that intellectual information technologies are one of the scientific and practical areas of informatics with a bright future and rapid development. The basic foundations of artificial intelligence are based on knowledge, the organization of communication in natural languages, understanding of text, logical inference, justification and explanation of solutions are given.
