Abstract. In this piece, the environmental effects of cement production’s harmful pollutants are examined. The findings
of determining the amount of dust and gas emitted during the production of cement are also provided, along with steps to
guarantee job effectiveness. calculations of technical tools and the dust and gas cleansing plant’s effectiveness. The findings
of the survey and the control of pollutant releases into the environment are taken into account. Questions regarding the
analysis of dust-gas cleaning equipment, techniques for improvement, and ways to increase the equipment’s effectiveness are
addressed. Hazardous substances that were discharged into the atmosphere during cement manufacturing were examined.
Additionally, given are the hydrodynamic conditions of the bubbling dampers used in the Samarkand cement factory.

Аннотация. В данной статье анализируется воздействие вредных выбросов на окружающую среду при
производстве цемента. Также приведены результаты расчета количества выделяющейся пыли, газа при
производстве цемента и меры по обеспечению эффективности работы. Расчеты технологического обо-
рудования и эффективности установки пыле-газоочистки. Рассмотрены результаты инвентаризации,
регулирования выбросов загрязняющих веществ, поступающих в атмосферу. Освещены вопросы по изучению
оборудования по очистке от пыли-газа, методы по повышению и эффективности работы оборудования.
Были проведены анализы вредных веществ, попадающих в атмосферу при производстве цемента. Также
представлены гидродинамические режимы барботажных абсорберов для Самаркандского цементного завода
Аннотация. Ушбу мақолада цемент ишлаб чиқариш жараёнида ҳосил бўладиган зарарли чиқиндиларнинг
атроф-муҳитга таъсири таҳлил қилинган. Бундан ташқпри, цемент ишлаб чиқариш жараёнида чиқарилган чанг
ва газ миқдори ҳисобий таҳлил натижалари ва иш самарадорлигини таъминлаш чоралари ҳам келтирилган.
Технологик ускуналарни ҳисоблаш ва чанг-газ тозалаш ускуналар самарадорлиги, инвентаризация натижала-
ри, атмосферага ташланадиган ифлослантирувчи моддалар чиқиндиларини тартибга солиш кўриб чиқилган.
Чанг-газ тозалаш ускуналарини ўрганиш, ускунанинг самарадорлигини ошириш усуллари ҳақида фикр юритил-
ган. Цемент ишлаб чиқариш жараёнида атмосферага ташланадиган зарарли моддалар таҳлили ўтказилган.
Самарқанд цемент заводи учун кўпикли абсорберларнинг гидродинамик режимлари ҳам тақдим етилган.
