Определены условия культивирования in vitro и адаптации к открытому грунту для ряда
районированных и перспективных сортов граната. Выявлены особенности поведения изучаемых
сортов в условиях стерильной культуры. Изучен морфогенетический потенциал девяти сортов
граната. Достигнута регенерация целых растений из изолированных соматических тканей сортов
граната отечественной селекции с частотой до 80-85%. Определена существенность влияния на
эффективность регенерации отдельных факторов, таких как генотип растения, минеральный и
гормональный состав среды, источник и концентрация углерода, тип экспланта и его расположение
