Патология тазобедренного сустава у детей охватывает широкий круг заболеваний, включая как врожденные, так и приобретенные нарушения. На долю дисплазии тазобедренного сустава, болезни и юношеского эпифизеолиза головки бедренной кости приходится до 25 % от всех заболеваний опорно-двигательного аппарата у пациентов детского возраста. Ранняя диагностика этих заболеваний и своевременное лечение имеют первостепенное значение в профилактике детской инвалидности

Болаларда барча касалликлар ичида, чаноқ-сон суяги касалликлари шу жумладан туғма ва ортирилган касалликларни ўз ичга қамраб олади. Ёш болаларда учрайдиган Легг - Кальве – Пертес ва балоғатга етмаганлар орасида учрайдиган сон суяги бошчаси эпифизиолизи барча скелет-мушак тизими касалликларининг 25% ини ташкил қилади. Ушбу касалликларни эрта ташхислаш ва ўз вақтида даволаш, болаликдаги ногиронликнинг олдини олишда муҳим аҳамият касб этади.

The pathology of the hip joint in children covers a wide range of diseases, including both congenital and acquired disorders. Hip dysplasia, disease and juvenile epiphysiolysis of the femoral head account for up to 25% of all diseases of the musculoskeletal system in pediatric patients. Early diagnosis of these diseases and timely treatment are of paramount importance in the prevention of childhood disability.
