English

This clinical protocol is a consolidated expert opinion that does not contradict any of the recommended positions to official professional conclusions from different continents. All points of the protocol are based on systematic evidence and research results. The recommendations dealt with all the most pressing today problems of maintaining water and electrolyte balance - conceptual tools, physiological mechanisms, diagnostics and monitoring, loss replacement (water and / or carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions - which is preferable for use? When and in what quantity?).
