В статье рассмотрено влияние характера помола на механические свойства бумаги
на основе хлопковой целлюлозы с различным процентным добавлением пшеничной
целлюлозы. Известно, что процессу размола бумажной массы отводится исключительно
большое значение в создании самых разнообразных свойств бумажного листа. В
зависимости от продолжительности размола меняется характер степени помола и
свойства бумаги. Например, при низкой степени помола бумажной массы
обеспечивается преимущественно рубка волокон над поверхностным фибриллированием,
в результате образуется рыхлая и пористая структура листа. Для получения плотной,
сомкнутой и прочной структуры листа необходима высокая степень помола массы
(жирная масса), обеспечивающая преобладание фибриллированных волокон с хорошо
разработанной поверхностью. Исследованиями установлено, что если
продолжительность размола у целлюлозы из хвойных пород древесины сульфатной
беленой облагороженной при 150 мин достигается степень помола 60 ºШР, то для
соломенной сульфатной беленой достаточно 10 мин. Установлено, что для получения
бумаги на основе хлопковой целлюлозы с добавлением пшеничной целлюлозы с
механической прочностью, соответствующей требованиям стандарта, достаточна
степень помола 40

ШР и не следует использовать густую концентрацию массы.
Исследования влияния композиционного состава на прочность бумаги выявили, что при
10% до 20%-ом добавлении пшеничной целлюлозы обеспечивается стабильность
значений, дальнейшее добавление способствует получению пористой бумаги.
