Простата безининг хавфсиз гиперплазияси бўлган 49 нафар эркак киши α 1 – адреноблокатор – тамсулозин билан даволаниб кузатилди. Таҳлил натижалари шуни кўрсатдики, простата безининг хавфсиз гиперплазияси бўлган беморлар гуруҳида хаёт сифати кўрсаткичлари баҳоланганда, тамсулозин медикаментоз давони қабул қилганларда беморлар даволаниш жараёнида ҳаёт сифати индексининг ўртача қиймати анча камайган (яхшиланган). Беморларнинг аксарият қисмида тамсулозин қабул қилгандан сўнг ножўя таъсирлар кам кузатилди ва у бемор кундалик фаолиятига ҳалақит бермади.

Under observation were 49 men with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent treatment with an α1 -adrenoblocker-tamsulosin. The analysis of the results of the evaluation of the quality of life index in groups of patients with prostatic hyperplasia who received tamsulosin medication demonstrated a significant decrease (improvement) in the mean value of the quality of life index in the treatment of patients. In most patients, the severity of adverse reactions with tamsulosin was insignificant and did not interfere with the daily activity of the patient.
