The quality of life parameters of operated patients with ventral hernia of the abdominal wall by allohernioprosthetics with propylene filament during the first year after surgical intervention proved to be significantly better in a number of criteria in comparison with the QOL of patients whose hernioplasty was performed using inert sutures. These data coincided with the results of surgical treatment in the main and control groups of patients.
