Уролитиаз медикаментоз терапияси узоқ муддатли бўлиши зарур. Аммо синтетик препаратларни қўллаш ножуя таьсирлар билан бирга келади ва даволанишни тўхтатишга заруриат бўлади. Шунинг учун ҳозирги кунда мавжуд бўлган медикаментоз даволаш усулларида ўсимлик воситаларига устунлик берилади. Кальций уролитиязи бўлган 449 нафар беморда Ўзбекистондаги 15 хил доривор ўсимликлар флораси дамламаларининг диуретик ва сулуретик таъсири ўрганилди. Дамламалар ҳар хил диуретик кучга эга бўлиб, ҳамда пешоб кислота-ишқор муҳитига таъсир қилади. Дориларнинг хусусиятлари ўрганилиб, диурез ҳолати, сийдик pH, кальцийли тошлар ҳосил бўлиш промоутерлари ва ингибиторларини ҳисобга олиб қўллаш мумкин. Ушбу индивидуал даво усули юқори терапевтик ва иқтисодий самарадорликка эга.
The medicinal therapy for urolithiasis should be long-term. The significant side effects of synthetic drugs often requires discontinuation of treatment. Therefore, of the preference is given to herbal medicines. The diuretic and saluretic abilities of infusions from 15 medicinal plants of the flora of Uzbekistan were studied during treatment of 449 pts with calcium urolithiasis. Infusions has different diuretic power, as well as effects on urine pH and saluresis. The revealed properties of the preparations made it possible to develop criteria for their administration taking into account the state of diuresis, urine pH, balance of promoters and calcium stone formation inhibitors. The selective treatment contributes provide the high therapeutic efficacy and economic benefits.
