It was studied that in case of massive blood loss in the medulla oblongata, changes in both nerve and vascular structures were observed as the postmortal period increased. There is a gradual increase in destructive processes that reflect the autolysis of neurons and vessels. Installed in parallel with the development of post-mortem destructive changes is the extension of the TNG and PVP. In the most severe degree of marked changes occur 24-28 hours postmortem period
