Materials submitted to the Editorial Board must not have been previously published in other publications or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Therefore, the author must guarantee, on behalf of themselves, all co-authors, and the organization where the research was conducted, that the material submitted to the Editorial Board has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication in another publication.

The author guarantees that an article accepted for publication will not be translated into other languages or republished without the written consent of the journal’s Editorial Board.

The author must also confirm that they have read and understood the journal’s ethical standards, agree to comply with them, and accept all responsibilities set forth in these requirements.
