Participation in the formation of the editorial management bodies in accordance with the procedures established by the journal’s Charter and legislative acts;

participation in the distribution of profits and compensation of losses;

determination of specific conditions and procedures for the preparation and publication of mass media;

ensuring compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Mass Media” and other applicable legal regulations in the publication and distribution of mass media;

organization of other activities not prohibited by legislation in accordance with established procedures;

provision of information, advertising, design, and printing services;

publication of supplements in accordance with the procedures established by legislation;

development and implementation of proposals and business plans regarding the quality, level, and volume of mass media;

allocation of profits derived from editorial activities to the development of the editorial office, as well as to the material and moral encouragement of employees;

conclusion of contracts through the founder, and acquisition of property and personal non-property rights and obligations;

organization of conferences and exhibitions;

ensuring the timely submission of reports on the financial and economic activities of the editorial office to the relevant authorized bodies;

exercise of all rights and fulfillment of obligations established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
