The journal is a publication specializing in interdisciplinary fundamental, scientific-practical research and the implementation of innovative ideas in the field of strengthening community and family institutions and all social issues related to gender equality.

The journal was granted the “Certificate of State Registration of a Mass Media” No. 1190 dated June 17, 2021 by the Tashkent City Department of Press and Information. The journal “Family, Women and Social Life” is the successor to the journal “Social Management”.
