The journal is intended for therapists, general practitioners (GPs), and specialists in related fields of internal medicine.

The journal accepts papers for publication in the areas of cardiology, pulmonology and allergology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, nephrology, cardiocerebral pathology, emergency states in internal medicine, organization of therapeutic services, medical rehabilitation, and fundamental research.

The journal publishes original articles, reviews, lectures, proceedings of congresses and conferences, dissertation abstracts, historical medical papers, and other information of high relevance and practical utility for medical professionals. All submitted materials must be original, previously unpublished, and fully aligned with the journal’s scope.

The journal features the following dedicated sections: Cardiology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and Nephrology, Cardiocerebral Pathology, Reviews, Practitioner's Guide, Miscellaneous, and Experimental Research.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to make final decisions on the acceptance of papers, as well as to abridge and edit submitted manuscripts. The Editorial Board arranges and conducts a comprehensive peer-review process for all incoming materials. Papers are accepted in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
