В данной работе предлагается концепция автоматизированной системы поиска технических решений при проектировании полупроводниковых приборов и устройств, на основе метода классификации и принятия решений по оптимальному выбору составных элементов и узлов.
In this paper, we propose the concept of an automated search system for technical solutions in the design of semiconductor devices and devices, based on the classification and decision-making method for the optimal choice of components and assemblies.
