The effect of isovalent doping ZnMnO with magnesium in concentrations of 5% and 10% have been successfully studied. Thin films were prepared by using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique. The study of samples was carried out by photolumination method at different temperatures. Research has shown the correlation of characteristics with the decay of related excitons at temperature higher 50K.
