В данной статье приводятся результаты научного и практического анализа свойств хранения сорта винограда “Тайфи” в период хранения, упакованного различными способами защитными листами винограда в установленной температуре, где относительная влажность может варьироваться и повлиять на цвет ягод, появлению грибковых повреждений и на ряд других качественных характеристик при хранении продукции.
