The article presents the results of studies on the establishment of variability and inheritance of genetic patterns according to the attribute “number of monopods per plant” in interspecific F1 hybrids of the G.barbadense L. species. The established patterns made it possible to draw the following conclusion: - from the selection point of view, the inter-varietal hybrids F1, in which a negative effect of complete overdomination was noted, which indirectly indicates the possibility of isolating forms with high precocity.
