This article analyzes the specific issues of the information chain in potato growing, the situation in the potato industry in general, the history of Bulungur district. Analyzes show that freezers are being set up to provide the population with constant cheap potatoes, but it has been found that the capacity of these freezers is not sufficient to store potatoes produced by farmers.
