oltingugurt angidridlari saqlagan sanoat gazlarini utilizatsiya qilish muammolari ko‘rib
chiqilgan. Bunda tarkibida oltingugurt angidridlari saqlagan sanoat gazlarini to‘liq utilizatsiya
qilish maqsadida ohakli suspenziyada absorbsiyalash usuli taklif etilgan bo‘lib, jarayonning
borish kinetikasi va termodinamik imkoniyatlari o‘rganib chiqilgan. Termodinamik hisoblashlar
natijasi shuni ko‘rsatdiki, gaz va eritma sistemasida oqib o‘tadigan kimyoviy reaksiyalar orasida
sulfat kislotaning kalsiy karbonat bilan ta’sirlashuv reaksiyasi umumiy jarayon uchun eng sekin
boruvchi (limitlovchi) bosqich ekanligi aniqlangan va jarayon uchun 60 oC optimal harorat qilib
o‘rnatilgan.

The article examines the problems of disposal of industrial gases containing sulfur dioxide, which
are produced during the production of non-ferrous metals such as copper and zinc. In order to completely
dispose of industrial gases containing sulfur dioxide, a method of absorption in lime suspension was
proposed, and the kinetics and thermodynamic possibilities of the process were studied. The result of
thermodynamic calculations showed that among the chemical reactions that flow in the gas and solution
system, the reaction of sulfuric acid with calcium carbonate is the slowest (limiting) step for the overall
process, and 60 oC is the optimal temperature for the process. installed.
