The quality fiber left on the saw teeth mixes with the raw material again and
gradually leads to the increase of neps in the fiber content and the deterioration of the quality of the
seed, as well as the increase of electricity consumption due to the increase of friction, and the decrease
of work productivity. Also, the safety of the operators working on the machines is not sufficiently
ensured. Special attention is paid to the study of scientific, practical and comparative analysis of the
origin of these short comings. Uneven rotation of the saw cylinder can lead to deterioration of the
ginning process and fiber damage. Using Lagrange's second equation, we formulate the motion
equations of the machine block of the saw cylinder to determine the non-uniformity of rotation of the
saw cylinder and reduce power consumption. A general drawing scheme of the new construction
ginning machine was created. The kinematic scheme of the rollers and pile drum, which provide the
gin machine of the new construction, was prepared. A dynamic motion model scheme was created for
the rollers and pile drum that supply the feeder module of the gin machine. Formulated the motion
equations using Lagrange's second equation depending on the supplier and the dynamic motion model
of the supply module.
